Charoset
Try out a new variation of Charoset for your Seder this Passover.
Ashkenazi Charoset:
2 apples, chopped finely
100g walnuts, chopped finely
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sweet red wine
1. Add all the ingredients together and mix!
Sephardi Charoset:
2 apples, chopped finely
6 small/4 medium figs, chopped
200g dates, pitted and chopped
OPTIONAL – 150g raisins
250ml sweet red wine
1. Mash the apples, figs and raisins until mushy.
2. Add in the red wine and stir.
3. Stir in the chopped dates.
