πŸ”Ή 4 slices Tuscan country bread, about Β½-inch in thickness (or similar hearty bread)

πŸ”Ή 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
πŸ”Ή 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
πŸ”Ή 1 to 2 spring onions, white and green parts, trimmed and chopped
πŸ”Ή 1 vine-ripened tomato, chopped
