πŸ”Ή 4 eggs, cooked to your liking (I am using soft boiled eggs)
πŸ”Ή 8 ounces white button mushrooms (halved)
πŸ”Ή extra virgin olive oil
πŸ”Ή Kosher salt
πŸ”Ή 2 cups cherry tomatoes
πŸ”Ή 2 cups baby spinach (packed)
πŸ”Ή 1 to 2 garlic cloves (minced)
