3 CLASSIC HEALTHY Mediterranean SALAD DRESSING Recipes. You’ll WANT to EAT SALAD EVERYDAY!
CLASSIC (but HEALTHIER) CAESAR DRESSING
…when you swap out half the mayo for Greek yogurt and eliminate the egg yolk!
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic
Salt/pepper to your taste
2 anchovies
½ cup Greek-style yogurt or kefir
½ cup mayonnaise
½ to 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
CLASSIC (but HEALTHIER) GREEN GODDESS DRESSING
…when you swap out all the mayo for Greek-style yogurt or even better, that super probiotic kefir!
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp sea salt
1 garlic clove
½ grated lemon peel
1 Tbsp capers
1 cup parsley
1 cup Greek-style yogurt
1 cup mixed leafy herbs (basil, cilantro, mint, tarragon)
2 Tbsps chopped chives
Pepper freshly ground to your taste
1-2 Tbsps ice water (to thin to your preference)
CLASSIC (but HEALTHIER) TURMERIC HONEY GINGER DRESSING
…when you add some pepper to supercharge the turmeric!
2 Tbsps tahini paste
1 Tbsp ice water
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp pepper freshly ground
2 pieces of ginger
1 Tbsp honey
Sea salt to your taste
