Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 block softened cream cheese
1/4 cup (or to taste) Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Simmer for 5-10 minutes or until warmed through.
Melt 1 tbsp butter in pan. Place taco size flour tortilla in pan. Place chicken mixture on top and top with another tortilla. Brown on both sides. Slice and Serve warm with ranch or sour cream!
Creamy Pan Pasta
1 lb Penne Pasta
1 jar Pasta Sauce
1 tbsp minced garlic
1.5 cups Mozzarella
1/2 cup Parmesan
mushrooms, onion, or green pepper
1 tbsp butter
Sautee butter and garlic 1 minute. Add Pasta sauce and 1 jar full of water. Add noodles. In separate small pan, sautee mushrooms with 1 tbsp butter. When mushrooms are finished, add them to the pasta sauce and continue cooking until noodles are soft. (You may want to add more water.) When noodles are soft, add 1 cup Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella on top and let melt.
