Mac and Cheese is one of the easiest meals to make. Vegan Mac n Cheese on the other hand is a nightmare to make as you’d first have to figure out you cheese replacement. I’ve decided not to go down the rabbit hole of complicated and sometimes questionable cheese sauce making. My Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese recipe is 100 percent plant based and it’s also 100 percent Alkaline Vegan. It’s easy to make and it contains no nutritional yeast, animal milk, or cheese.
This Macaroni and cheese recipe is ideal for people with one form of illness or the other. If you’d like to make my Mac and Cheese but you’re allergic to nuts, just don’t add the nuts… and maybe the tahini. Also, check with your Doctor to be sure you can use Annatto oil or other listed ingredients.
