grated parmesan cheese

fresh chopped basil
shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Heat the oil in a medium ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the bacon and cook until browned then stir in the red pepper – cook until tender.
Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and parmesan in a medium bowl then season with salt and pepper.
Stir the mushrooms into the skillet and cook for 1 minute then stir in the basil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Pour in the egg mixture, using a spatula to lift the ingredients so the eggs run under.
Bake for 6 to 8 minutes then broil for 5 minutes to brown the top. Slice to serve.
