INGREDIENTS
πΉ 2 cups dried chickpeas (Do NOT use canned or cooked chickpeas)
πΉ 1/2 tsp baking soda
πΉ 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, stems removed
πΉ 3/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, stems removed
πΉ 1/2 cup fresh dill, stems removed
πΉ 1 small onion, quartered
πΉ 7β8 garlic cloves, peeled
πΉ Salt to taste
πΉ 1 tbsp ground black pepper
πΉ 1 tbsp ground cumin
πΉ 1 tbsp ground coriander
πΉ 1 tsp cayenne pepper, optional
πΉ 1 tsp baking powder
πΉ 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
