It’s always exciting to get a book in the mail whether it’s something I ordered from Amazon or this new book I received last week from fellow Keto blogger Leanne Vogel!

The very first thing that I loved immediately was that Leanne wrote this book for women! The whole entire reason I even started this blog was because back in 2014 Keto seemed to be a man’s domain.
Let me tell you, I am a bit of a facts and science geek and I could not put this book down! It is packed with information that women need now!
Part 1 explains what Keto is and how it why it works. It’s a great review of keto in general and Leanne explains how it affects each essential hormone.
Part 2 is all about building a custom meal plan that works for YOUR goals.
Part 3 is all about the specific health issues that we face as women, including PCOS, menopause, autoimmune issues, gut issues and inflammation. This is where she shows you hot to tweak the Keto diet to overcome these obstacles to losing weight.
If you have been craving good, solid, science based information on the keto diet for women, then this is the book you want.
