In this video I will be showing you how to make the popular Popeyes chicken sandwich !
Ingredients:
For the chicken marinade:
4 boneless skinless chicken breast ( pound and cut in half)
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp EACH paprika, garlic powder, black pepper , salt , cajun seasoning

For the breading:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tbsp EACH paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cajun seasoning
1 tsp EACH salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper ( add more if you want it spicy)

Spicy mayo:
1/2 cup mayo
1 tsp paprkia
1 tsp cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder

To assemble:
8 brioche buns
sliced pickles
