Ingredients
1 Bell Pepper
4 cups Rice
1/3 Cup Olives
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 lb Chicken Breast
1/2 Red onion
Feta (for topping)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
1 tbsp Thyme
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
Directions
Chop up your chicken breasts and place in a separate bowl and add your seasoning on top, and honey and mix together. Cook in a skillet on medium heat until fully cooked through. Chop your cucumber, bell pepper, and onion, add it to a separate bowl along with the tomatoes, and olives. Next, boil water for your rice and cook through. Once the rice and chicken are done, distribute out in your meal prep containers and enjoy throughout the week!
