This dish combines two of Italy’s greatest dishes in our opinion. Milansane parmigiana and Chicken Cotolette. Crusty breaded chicken smothered in a classic tomato sauce and gooey melted mozzarella. What more do you want in this dish. Delicious to eat hot, or one to pack up in a Tupperware and take to a picnic.
