In this video, we create the easiest and simplest shepherds pie recipe. This is a british classic. Follow this super simple recipe for truly delicious results.

Ingredients:

– Olive Oil – 1 Tablespoon
– One Onion
– One Carrot
– Lamb Mince (Ground)
– Veg/Meat Stock – 500ml
– Peas – 50 grams
– Plain Flour – 2 Tablespoons
– Salt and Pepper – 1/2 Teaspoon each

Topping

– Cheddar Cheese – 75 grams (Bottom layer)
– Mash Potato – 500 grams
– Cheddar Cheese – 50 grams (Grated -Top layer)

Bake for 20-25 minutes (at 350F / 180C /Gas Mark 4 ) until golden brown.
