2 bunches Carrots
2-3 tablespoons Delicate Avocado Oil
salt and pepper
Peel your carrots and place them on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Pour enough avocado oil over to just coat the carrots. Sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well, coating each carrot. Place in a 500 degree oven for 20 minutes or until tender. Check half way through and turn carrots over to brown on both sides. Enjoy!
