Still chaffling over here! This is my Pecan Cinnamon Roll Chaffle with Cream Cheese Frosting. So yummy! How is it possible for keto deserts to be this simple and this deliscious!?? Super easy and simple ingredients!

Pecan cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting

1 egg
1 tbs almond flour
1 tsp coconut oil
pinch salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp heavy cream
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs white monkfruit sweet
1 tsp cinnamon
optional: 5-6 pecans chopped

Frosting

1 ounce 2 tbs cream cheese softened
2 tbs butter softened
1 tbs monkfruite powdered sweetener
1 tsp heavy cream
splash of vanilla
optional: maple flavor
